The film takes place in the Badlands of South Dakota. A group of skilled hunters, including Sam (Adrien Brody), a former Marine; Nix (Alice Braga), a Brazilian mercenary; Graham (Laurence Fishburne), a former CIA operative; and Mako (Mahershala Ali), a seasoned warrior, find themselves in the midst of a mysterious and deadly game.
