Wait, in the context of testing, there's a term called "Test-Driven Development" (TDD). Also, sometimes people use "Test Quality" to refer to the effectiveness of tests. Maybe the user meant "Speed 5Test Extra Quality" as in optimizing test speed without compromising quality? Or maybe it's a product or framework they're referring to. But I can't find any references to "Speed 5Test" in my training data up to October 2023.
